Consecutive Element Elimination (Candy Crush)

Given a string consisting of lowercase English letters, repeatedly remove all groups of 3 or more consecutive identical characters until no such group exists. After each removal, the remaining parts of the string are concatenated and the process is repeated from the beginning until the string contains no more runs of 3+ identical consecutive characters. Return the final stable string that cannot be reduced further.
