Maximal Square / Maximal Rectangle

Given a rows x cols binary matrix filled with 0’s and 1’s, find the largest rectangle containing only 1’s and return its area. The rectangle must be composed entirely of 1’s; any 0 inside breaks the rectangle. You need to return the maximum possible area of such a rectangle.
