Accenture conducted an on-campus interview process in . The company offered two roles: Associate Software Engineer (ASE) and Advanced Associate Software Engineer (AASE).
The recruitment process began with an online application. Selected candidates received an email about the next steps.
Online Assessment: This round was conducted on campus under the supervision of Accenture team members. The test included sections on Verbal Ability, Reasoning, and Coding. The Verbal Ability and Reasoning sections had approximately 20 questions each. The Coding section had two questions, one easy and the other either easy or medium difficulty. The questions focused on strings and arrays, and candidates could use any programming language.
After completing the assessment, candidates received updates via email and WhatsApp about their exam status. Qualified candidates received details about the next stage.
Communication Round: This round was based on soft skills, such as speaking, listening, writing, and reading. It was not an elimination round.
After completing this round, candidates received an interview email and were asked to select interview slots. It is recommended to choose early slots.
Interview Round: This round was conducted online via video call. The interviewer was welcoming and asked the following questions:

What projects did you work on in college?
Tell me about your college group project (in detail).
Describe the difficulties you faced during the group project.
What differences did you face during group and individual project development (pros and cons)?
What was your role during the project?
Do you have any questions for me?
The interview lasted approximately 15-20 minutes. The interview was resume-based and varied for each candidate. Be prepared for coding questions from the exam. Answer all questions confidently and be honest if you do not know the answer.
