Here's my recollection of the problems and my solutions:

1. The first problem was solved using the prefix sum approach. I directly applied the prefix sum technique to find the minimum value and returned either 1 - min_val or 1.
2. The second problem involved processing messages with timestamps in the format {msg: ts}. When a new message arrives with a new timestamp, I returned true. If the message was not new, I retrieved the previous timestamp from the records and compared it. If the time difference was insufficient, I returned false; otherwise, I returned true and updated the timestamp.
