I had a phone screen consisting of a coding question on LRU cache and an AI application discussion.
The phone screen was rushed, and the recruiter didn't ask much. The technical interview was 75 minutes long. For the first 45 minutes, I worked on a coding problem. The last 30 minutes were for AI-related questions.
The coding question was LRU cache, with follow-up questions about time complexity and how to modify it for LFU.
In the AI round, the interviewer was a SWE, and the questions weren't focused on ML algorithms but more on application development. AI-related questions were vague, such as how to launch and collect data. I also discussed my resume and answered behavioral questions.
