I had a phone screen interview today, lasting approximately one hour. The interviewer was very pleasant.

The interview consisted of the following:

1. ~25 minutes: Introduction and behavioral questions. My responses were detailed due to the impactful projects I've worked on, which the interviewer found interesting. I could have been more concise.
2. 30 minutes: Two coding questions (15 minutes each).
3. ~8 minutes: Time for me to ask questions.

Coding Questions: Q1: Random Pick with Weight - variation involving city and population data. Q2: Shortest Path in Binary Matrix - variation asking for the path instead of just the distance.

Key takeaway: Effective time management is crucial.

I was not advanced to the next round. It seems the bar is currently high. I will continue to pursue other opportunities.
