I would like to share my interview experience. All questions are from Meta's frequently asked questions.

Screening Round

1. Valid Word Abbreviation
2. Kth Smallest Number in an Array

Onsite Interview 1

1. Range Sum in BST
2. Evaluate Expression

Onsite Interview 2

1. LCA with Parent Pointer
2. The question was initially framed as Multiplication of Two Sparse Vectors, but it turned out to be multiplication of two run-length encoded arrays.

Onsite Interview 3: Product Architecture

1. Design a coding contest platform. I felt I did not perform well in this round. I ran out of time and couldn't discuss the complete high-level design; I went into the deep dive of how isolation would work.

Onsite Interview 4: Behavioral I don't remember many questions from this round—just general behavioral questions. I can't judge how this round went.

Onsite Interview 5: Coding

1. Sparse Vector Multiplication
2. Merge Intervals

My coding rounds went well; I might have missed some test cases, and some bugs might have been pointed out by the interviewer in two or three questions, but overall it was fine. I believe the Product Architecture and Behavioral rounds were the reasons for my rejection. I received an email stating that I was not selected, and the cooling-off period is 12 months. I am disappointed, but I have another offer, so it's okay.
