Phone Screen - Meta

I recently completed a phone screen interview at Meta. I received two questions that were not tagged as frequently asked Facebook interview questions. I believe this may result in a rejection. I had prepared extensively for common Facebook interview questions, focusing on data structures such as lists, queues, stacks, and graphs. However, the questions I received involved a 2D matrix:

1. Print all anti-diagonals of the matrix.
2. Implement a tic-tac-toe game. The move() method should return true if the move results in a win.
