Technical phone screen (1 hour):

• Coding 1-D analogue of the problem Candy Crush

Onsite (4 rounds):

Round 1

• The hardest task on your current project
• Similar to String to Integer (atoi) but only for positive int
• LRU Cache without standard library

Round 2

• Why Microsoft?
• Replace whitespaces in a string by special symbol
• How do you review the code?

Round 3

• Some behavioural question
• Remove Duplicates from Sorted List

Round 4

• What is your favourite technology?
• Copy List with Random Pointer

Preparation: course grokking the coding interview

Result: Phone interview was very intensive but I passed it smoothly. My solutions on onsite part were not ideal - once I run out of time and it costs me one level of the offer. Interviewers were nice and helpful, I feel that I really want to work with them after the interview.
