Do not give an interview for Microsoft India!!

I recently interviewed with the Microsoft cloud team. The interview process consisted of five rounds: four coding rounds and one managerial round. Despite having 10 years of industry experience, I completed all four coding rounds successfully. The interviewers appeared satisfied with my approach and coding speed. The managerial round was also positive. However, after three weeks, I experienced a lack of communication from HR. They did not respond to calls or emails. This lack of communication was unprofessional and disappointing. I decided not to pursue further interviews with Microsoft. The experience raises concerns about their treatment of candidates and potential work culture.
