Microsoft Interview[Ghosted]

The online assessment consisted of two questions: one easy string question and one medium-hard question. The medium-hard problem involved determining the total time required to complete and deliver N client orders, each with a different completion time T[K], given that the employee works on one item per hour and unfinished items are moved to the end of the queue. I successfully completed the online assessment, and the recruiter scheduled onsite interviews. However, on two separate occasions, the interviewers did not appear for the scheduled interviews. Despite the recruiter promising to reschedule, this did not happen, and the recruiter stopped responding to my emails. Subsequently, I received an unexpected rejection email. This was a very disappointing experience.
