Microsoft Hiring Event -
Application: I applied directly through the company portal and had my interview. I believe it was a hiring event, as all interviews were conducted on the same day. Years of Experience: 1.9 years
Interview Rounds: Coding Round (Online Assessment): This round involved an online assessment. Round 1: This round consisted of a 1-hour DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms) assessment and a behavioral question. The DSA question involved a graph related to topological sorting. Round 2: This round also consisted of a 1-hour DSA assessment and a behavioral question. There were two questions; one was string-based, and the other was array-based. Round 3: This round was a 1-hour HLD (High-Level Design) interview. It included a deep dive into one feature and a discussion of my current project. Managerial Round: This round focused on behavioral questions and one DSA question. I missed one edge case.
Current Status: I am currently waiting for the results. All rounds were conducted on the same day. After successfully completing Rounds 1 and 2, I received an invitation for Round 3.
