Current Role: SDE-1 at a Product-based company Experience: 1.9 years

Round 1:

1. Several questions on REST API fundamentals were asked, including the definitions and usage of POST, PUT, and PATCH methods, as well as response codes.
2. Sort Colors
3. A variation of the LRU Cache problem was asked. The question was presented differently, but the solution was ultimately the same.

The data structures and algorithms questions required complete, functional solutions. Overall, the round went well, and the interviewer seemed pleased with my solutions.

Timeline and Ghosting:

1. Applied in January.
2. Recruiter contacted me in the second week of February and scheduled an interview for March 8th.
3. The interview took place in the second week of March. I followed up with the recruiter after the interview, but received no response.
4. The recruiter finally responded after 10 days, stating that they were no longer hiring for the position and it had been transferred to another recruiter.
5. I contacted the new recruiter the same day, and they said they would review my application.
6. I followed up with them yesterday, and they said the position was on hold due to internal reasons, but hiring would resume soon.

EDIT: 7. No update as of today.
