Microsoft | No clear communication

I was contacted by a recruiter and received a test link after a brief call. I completed the test. The recruiter confirmed an interview for a Software Engineer 2 position in the Security Organization. Three interview rounds were conducted, after which there was no communication from the scheduler or recruiter. A week later, I received a call for a final round interview with the hiring manager. A few days later, the recruiter informed me that I was selected and to prepare my documents for submission. I was told an offer would follow shortly. However, after several days with no further communication, I contacted the recruiter again. After two emails, she replied that my application was in the final stage of review by the hiring managers. A week passed with no communication, so I emailed again but received no response. The lack of clear communication and the significant delay in the process were concerning, especially given that I had heard of others receiving offers within a week.
