After applying online, a recruiter reached out to me after a month.

The recruiter screening was standard. They mentioned that Ads is now centralized hiring and that interviews will be in the same pipeline before arranging team match.

My phone screen questions were LeetCode 1136, with a follow-up of LeetCode 1494.

Virtual Onsite:

• System Design: Ads frequency cap
• Data modeling: Ads demand
• Coding: The coding question felt like it was created by the interviewer. It wasn't too difficult and mainly tested basic data structure skills.
• Culture, Product Thinking: These two rounds felt similar. I went over my resume and answered behavioral questions with two HMs from the Ads team.

I was told I'd receive the results in 2-3 days. After three days, I followed up with the recruiter, but they didn't respond. I thought I was rejected, but two days later, they said they were delayed and that a HM was interested in me, so they scheduled a chat.
