The interview process consisted of an initial online assessment followed by a technical interview. The online assessment covered aptitude, software engineering subjects, coding, and English. This round was moderately challenging and had a time limit of one minute per question. The interviewer for the technical interview was not engaging and did not allow the candidate to explain their code. The interviewer also experienced technical difficulties during the interview, which added to the candidate's stress. Despite solving both coding questions correctly, the candidate was rejected. The candidate felt that the interviewer's behavior negatively impacted the interview experience and contributed to the rejection.
