Snap, Google, Palantir | Software Engineer | May [Offer, Offer, Offer]

I interviewed at Palantir for a Senior Software Engineer position in May . The interview process consisted of an online assessment, a phone screen, and five rounds of onsite interviews. The onsite rounds included coding, system design, and behavioral questions. I enjoyed the debugging and decomposition rounds, which were similar to a system design round. I received an offer from Palantir and accepted it. I found the interview process to be challenging but rewarding. The interviewers were professional and engaging. I prepared for the interviews by solving coding problems on LeetCode, studying system design concepts, and practicing behavioral questions. I also found it helpful to do mock interviews with friends and colleagues. I recommend that anyone interviewing for a software engineering position at Palantir be prepared to answer challenging technical questions and demonstrate their ability to design and build complex systems. I also recommend that candidates practice their behavioral skills and be prepared to discuss their experience in a structured and concise manner.
