I recently interviewed at Salesforce for an SMTS position. The interview process was in person, which I found to be a bit unusual in today's world. The waiting time between each round was around 3 hours, which was a bit long. The interview was conducted on the HackerRank platform, where interviewers provided links to problems and expected all test cases to run. The interview experience varied depending on the interviewer. Some candidates were asked 3 questions, while others were asked fewer. The company provided Uber transportation to and from the interview location, and they served breakfast, lunch, and evening snacks.
