I had two rounds of technical interviews with ServiceNow. The interviews went well, and I received positive feedback from the HR team. They informed me that they would be scheduling a final round with the hiring manager. However, I was ghosted by HR for three weeks. After three weeks, HR called and said that my interview feedback was negative and they would not be moving my application forward. I reminded them of their earlier positive feedback, but they claimed that they were no longer hiring for the role. It is disappointing to experience such unfair practices during the hiring process. I question why they would interview candidates if they did not have an open position to begin with.
