I recently interviewed at Stripe for a Software Engineer position. I cannot disclose the exact questions asked due to a signed NDA. The interview process consisted of five rounds: coding, bug squashing, integration, behavioral, and system design. I performed well in the first three rounds, successfully solving the coding problem, identifying and fixing a bug in an open-source project, and implementing two out of three parts of the integration problem. I encountered a minor bug in the third part, which I identified and fixed after the interview. The behavioral and system design rounds also went well. Despite positive feedback from all rounds, I did not receive an offer. Stripe informed me that there were limited openings and other candidates with more experience performed better. Overall, I enjoyed the interview process at Stripe and found it to be a positive experience.
