My interview experience was similar to what others have shared online. It consisted of five rounds:

A deep dive into my resume and experience with the Hiring Manager.
An easy Leetcode problem, but the interviewer went into depth on testing and edge cases.
A design problem focused on designing a receipt system, with an emphasis on the database schema.
A non-technical behavioral round with a Product Manager.
A discussion on multiple computer science concepts, followed by a design problem for an LRU Cache.

I am self-taught, and I struggled with the computer science concepts discussion in round five. The feedback I received confirmed that my fundamentals were a concern. I was ultimately rejected, but I was offered a non-software engineering technical role, which I declined.

Tip: Be prepared with a strong answer to the question "Why Tesla?" and demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for the company. I received positive feedback on this aspect in multiple rounds.
