TikTok Frontend Interview - rejected

The interview process started with a 30-minute recruiter call. Following the call, I received a Hackerrank live coding link via email. The first technical round consisted of introductions, followed by a 25-minute coding exercise to implement a JavaScript throttling function. The next 25 minutes involved implementing a fetch call to display data from an external API on a React application, followed by some follow-up questions. The round concluded with a 5-minute discussion about the next rounds, which were expected to include Data Structures and Algorithms, Frontend System Design, and Behavioral questions. However, I received an email for the next technical round stating that they found a better candidate.
