I recently interviewed at Walmart for an IN3 position through a referral. The interview process consisted of four rounds: a Java interview, a design and implementation round, a hiring manager round, and an HR round.
The first round focused on Java, covering a wide range of topics, including complex concepts. The second round involved designing and implementing a shuffle feature for a music player. The third round was a hiring manager round that focused on basic design questions. The final round was an HR round where compensation was discussed.
I was selected for the position but ultimately decided to accept an offer from another company.
