The interview process consisted of three rounds: a Data Structures and Algorithms round, a Java coding round, and a technical managerial round. The first round was scheduled a week after the initial recruiter outreach and was cancelled due to the panel's unavailability. It was rescheduled three days later. After clearing the first round, the second round was scheduled ten days later. Again, the interview was cancelled due to the panel's unavailability and was rescheduled three days later. After the second round, I reached out to HR for feedback and was informed I had been shortlisted and would move forward to the final round with the hiring manager. After a week with no updates, I contacted HR again and was told they were finding a slot for the final round. Twenty days after the second round, I contacted HR again and was informed that my candidacy had been dropped and another candidate had been selected by the hiring manager. I was disappointed that the hiring manager did not conduct the final round before making a decision. The process felt lengthy and disorganized.
