Load Shipments onto Delivery Trucks

You are given a list of shipments and a list of delivery trucks. Each shipment has a ready time (when it becomes available for loading), a weight, and a volume. Each truck has a departure time, a weight capacity, and a volume capacity. A shipment can only be loaded onto a truck if the truck departs strictly after the shipment’s ready time. Your task is to determine whether it is possible to load every shipment onto some truck without exceeding any truck’s weight or volume limits. You must return true if all shipments can be loaded, or false otherwise.
